SCREENFX ACADEMY® Policies

ENROLLMENT

SCREENFX ACADEMY® provides easy enrollment online that allows students the ability to sign up for workshops, summer camps, on-going courses and special events and pay securely online. For questions about upcoming dates, check the website often. Space may be limited, and enrollment is provided at the sole discretion of SCREENFX ACADEMY®.

ATTENDANCE

Students are expected to arrive on time and ready to work for all scheduled sessions and scene partner rehearsals. Schedule conflicts, including work and school, must be resolved prior to enrollment. Multiple absences may affect future enrollment.

All workshops, summer camps, on-line classes and special events convene at our West Plano location,

PAYMENT

• Workshops

A deposit of $25 per workshop per student is due at time of registration. Payment is due in full for all workshops two business days in advance of the start of the workshop. Payments made after that time will incur a $15.00 processing fee.

• Summer Camps

A deposit of $199 per week per student is due at time of registration. Payment is due in full on the first day of camp. Payments made after that time will incur a $15.00 processing fee. Parents choosing to enroll students in Early Drop-off and/or Late Pick-up, will provide payment at the time of enrollment. Payments made after that time will incur a $15.00 processing fee.

• On-Going Courses

On-Going courses are billed in advance on a subscription basis at the beginning of each month. Payment begins when a student is enrolled and continues until enrollment is terminated. Automatic monthly debits via credit card are available. Payments made after the first of the month will incur a $15.00 processing fee.

• Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Workshops, summer camps, on-going courses and special events with insufficient enrollment may be cancelled and any tuition paid will be refunded in full. Withdrawal and refund requests for any other reason must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start date by notifying SCREENFX ACADEMY®. Withdrawals and cancellations made after the start date will incur a $25.00 processing fee. Refunds will not be provided on or after the start date of any Workshop, Summer Camp or Special Event. Refunds will be provided for On-going courses for the remaining paid weeks following 7-days notice of withdrawal.
